At iCreate
we deliver highly detailed and realistic 3D pre-visualisations
of new property, enabling potential buyers to see the
completed vision long before building work has finished
- or even started. If you need to show what a development
will look like, for the purposes of property marketing
or applying for planning permission, we will use your
2-dimensional CAD drawings to create virtual 3D illustrations
that are a powerful visual tool in any circumstance.
We can work from all types of architectural drawings,
ranging from draft sketches, hand drawn plans, to detailed
CAD drawings and working plans.

Our realistic
architectural visualisations are ideal for use in printed
and online property sales brochures, websites, site
signage and exhibition materials. Call Dawn or Phoebe

Using the architectural
elevations and floorplans, we construct a highly detailed
3D
virtual model of proposed new buildings, including
with realistic surface textures, materials and life-like
site landscaping. Parking areas, swimming pools, access
roads, front and rear gardens and private seating areas
can be incorporated into the model, while trees, planting,
transport and people breathe life to the scene, ensuring
our 3D visualisations provide a complete impression
of the finished development.
At iCreate
we provide our clients with a selection of images of
the virtual model from their chosen points-of-view,
supplying the files at high resolution, either on disk
or via email. Our realistic 3D exterior
visualisations are highly accurate and credible,
ideal for inclusion in all property marketing materials. |

For
customers requiring just a single static image
of a new development, we will construct a virtual
model including only the areas of the development
that are visible in that image. The cost of
a single image therefore depends on the complexity
of the scene shown in the image, ranging from
a single house to a full cityscape.

If you require multiple images of the development exterior, it may be cost effective for us to create a virtual model of the whole development, enabling you to select images from as many different viewpoints as you require, including aerial ‘site plan’ views, without incurring extra cost on a ‘per image’ basis. This option also allows for the creation of fly-around animations using the same virtual 3D model.

Our fully-furnished interior renderings are highly realistic, bringing new property to life and providing potential buyers with a compelling vision of the un-built space. We use your architectural elevations and floor plans to construct an internal model of the development, complete with furniture and interior décor according to your precise specification. In residential properties, kitchens and bathrooms can be modeled from reference material provided by your suppliers, to ensure the 3D visualisations provide a true impression of the completed development. |

If you require just a single image of an interior space, we will construct a virtual model of only the parts of the interior that are visible in that image. The cost of a single image therefore depends on the complexity of the scene shown in the image, ranging from a small bedroom to a large shopping mall.

3D modeling is the ideal tool for visualizing large-scale developments and regeneration projects, providing an overview of a new scheme which can then be viewed from any angle. High levels of detail can be applied to specific areas of the model, while other areas can be left deliberately vague. We can work from detailed drawings or from rough concept sketches, depending on what you have available. We can produce ‘photorealistic’ modeling to overlay onto aerial photography, or ‘stylised’ masterplans that illustrate a design concept.
3D visualisation can be a useful discussion and consultation aid for public organizations. We work hard to facilitate multiple parties having input during the design / modeling process, and we have a range of service options available to cover ongoing amendments and revisions, ensuring you and your team can be as involved in the process as you wish. We will of course be happy to meet with you to discuss the requirements of your project and make recommendations accordingly. |
